Because it is well-documented that people recover from illnesses quicker in their own homes, Ross Health Care offers short-term, intermittent home health services provided in a person’s place of residence. It includes a variety of healthcare professionals such as Nurses, Home Health Aides, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Medical Social Services, Registered Dietary Consultants and other caregivers. This service is also completely covered by Medicare and some insurance policies.

Applying for Home Health is simple

To request a free, no-obligation evaluation or to receive more information, please contact our office, 24 hours a day. Ross Health Care Home Heath specialists will then contact the attending physician as part of the evaluation for appropriateness.

Who is eligible?

The program is reimbursed by Medicare, Medicaid and many commercial insurance companies. The potential home care client must be under the care of a physician, require the skills of a professional nurse or therapist and must be unable to leave their home on a regular basis without a considerable and taxing effort.

Services available include, but are not limited to; wound care, medication management, (including IV and injectables), teaching and training, ostomy or catheter care, diabetic, cardiac, or pulmonary management, orthotic and neurological rehabilitation, nutritional consultation and support, short and long-term life planning. Services are provided by a well-trained and seasoned staff with over 300 years of combined service.
